These terms govern access to the Dunelvi store and purchases made through this website.

The store operates under the Dunelvi brand from Andorra la Vella, Andorra. You can contact us at info.supportdunelvi@gmail.com.

2. Products and information

We display descriptions, images, prices and features with the aim of providing clear purchasing information. Photographs may show slight differences in colour or appearance depending on the screen.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. The amounts applicable to your order will be shown before you complete your purchase. We may change prices for future orders, but we will not alter the price of an order that has already been confirmed, except in the event of an obvious error that requires us to contact you before processing it.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you declare that the information you provide is correct and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. An order may be rejected or cancelled due to fraud, an obvious error, inability to collect payment, lack of availability or a reasonable inability to deliver. Where applicable, the corresponding refund will be processed.

The Dunelvi brand, our own texts and graphic elements may not be used for commercial purposes without authorisation. Third-party content retains its respective rights.

Dunelvi does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused exclusively by events beyond our reasonable control, without prejudice to the consumer's applicable rights.

As a general rule, these terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply by reason of the consumer's place of residence.
